This site was created on Friday, May 17th, 2002. The name is based on the song "Sway" by Vanessa Carlton (You can find the lyrics here). I'm aware that the words actually go "Say you'd come and stop the rain", but the first time I heard it, I could've sworn I heard "Say you'll come and stop the rain" and it just kinda stuck. I do not have permission to reprint these lyrics or use them as the title of my site, I'm only borrowing them. They belong to the very talented Vanessa Carlton.
