The Soundtrack
Music is my life, and often what inspires me to do what I do. Music has been a major part of the inpiration of Strange Wind. I figured it would be essential to, therefore, share the music with you.
1) Poe - Strange Wind

'Strange Wind' is more or less the Strange Wind theme song. I found it inspiring because of how it talks about something going wrong, as things often did in Keita's life, but are fixed because of that weird presence; in this case, the presence of Keita's dead parents. The song is also very uplifting and talks about the insanity that sometimes comes along with running wild, like Keita.
2) puddle of mudd - Blurry

'Blurry' was not an inspiration of Strange Wind, but I found that I could relate the lyrics to it. Everything is screwed up for Keita - from losing her parents at the beginning, to facing the dangers with Jack's playhouse in the end. She has gone through so much that it is only natural that she would be confused about her life. But in the same way, the people who she met along the way... they saved her. "You take it all away, this pain they gave to me" the song ends with. And that's how Keita's story ends, too; The simple things in life, her friends and family, saved her.
